Description:
The importance of decisions that can help prevent future mold and moisture problems extends through all stages of building design and construction. This course addresses the considerations necessary in the final design, construction, post-construction startup, and system commissioning phases. Ensuring that steps are taken toward mitigating mold and moisture during these final phases will help protect public health, safety, and welfare. This course is part of a four-part series that discusses how to improve building performance related to mold and moisture issues. Each section can be taken as an individual course.
